This is a great RIU hotel. It is spotlessly clean as it’s cleaned all the time. Room is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff smile. No optics or beer in the room, like I’ve seen at other RIU’s. This wasn’t a problem as you can get drinks around the clock. There is a disco at the hotel, that’s open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 2300 to 0200. It’s very air conditioned. The After Hours Bar serves drinks from 2200 until 0700 the following morning and there are snacks available like sandwiches and small burgers. Plenty of sun-beds at the hotel, with a large Adults only pool with swim up bar…there are 2 other pools available for the children. The Entertainment Team were brilliant and always invited you to play games a couple of times a day. There is a beach, which is located within the hotel grounds. There is also a high fence that you can do through to the sea. The red flag was in display most of the time as the sea is very rough in the area. Overall it was a lovely, relaxing holiday and you can do as much or as little was you want.

Wonderful experience in RIU Sri Lanka. Beach view hotel with excellent amenities and delicious food. Cleanliness and higenic maintained good hotel. Food and drink available for every tourist from all over the world for their own taste. Enjoyed a lot. Thanks to RIU team.
