My girlfriend and I spent an absolutely perfect two-week vacation at the hotel at the turn of November and December 2025. We can't speak about this place in anything other than superlatives. Everywhere clean, from the rooms to the pools to the toilets at the restaurants. An abundance of amazingly tasty dishes. We haven't experienced such food anywhere else. Not to mention the Kaori restaurant. Words can't describe it. It has to be experienced. Simply splendid!! And the staff..? Exceptional.. Always with a smile on their faces, very pleasant and helpful with anything.. We would especially like to highlight the services of the bartender Madushanka.. He made our stay more enjoyable from beginning to end. Always in a good mood, smiling and always willing to help with everything we needed to know. A BIG THANK YOU AGAIN, MADUSHANKA!! The hotel cannot be given less than 5✴️ and definitely recommended to everyone.. Honza&Lucie

Where to start with this hotel is this has to be the friendliest Hotel we have been to Marshall the manager in charge of all things to do with restaurants is so thorough, if you cannot find something to eat here then you won't be happy anywhere. All the cleaning, Bar, pool, reception staff all eager to please with big smiles. The pools are excellent and they also do a good job at keeping children out of adult pools. The lady cleaning pool toilets does an amazing job. Very clean . The Gardens are kept very neat and tidy. The rooms are clean but a little dated. It also seems like the russian tourists seem to get allocated better rooms and floors which is very annoying. We deserve the same coming from uk. A little annoying sitting in areas where the Russians were smoking drugs and nothing being said to them. They would also try to jump in front of you or barge you given a chance. But take this away and you will find this resort a very happy clean and friendly hotel. Would I go back yes tomorrow, I'm hoping all staff members and their families are safe after cyclone. We left the evening it began and we're very lucky. If management get a chance to read this you must look at uk residence as you do the Russians. The staff do a very good job at giving us holiday makers a good stay well done to all.

Fantastic and perfect hotel, staff are very supportive. Special tanks to Gehan and Dilum who are polite and kind. Rooms are comfortable and very clean and hotel provides amenities for all. Atmosphere and activities are enjoyable and make a memorable time for guests. Hotel has been located near to the beach and guests can have good view of sea. The only noise is sea surge sound.

Everything was perfect We had a really pleasant stay. The bar had a good collection of nonalcoholic drinks to accommodate everyone. We loved the different activities especially the aqua fitness and aqua workouts. The coach was super energetic and professional The restaurants were perfect especially the aisan restaurant and the hotel's buffet. The F&B manager Mr.Marshal was so friendly. He greeted everyone everyday with a heartwarming smile and kind words. Our room was so spacious with a nice view. Over all we had an excellent stay.
