Hotel pěkný, jídlo vyber katastrofa, v preffered clubu neslibovany hory doly a skutek utekl. Každý den uklid, pokoj byl jakž takz. Bazény hluboké, všude to klouze.

Právě jsme v tomto hotelu třetí den s dvouletým synem. Hotel je velký, čistý pokoje prostorné a také čisté. V hotelu je 6 výtahu,prakticky se na ně nečeká. V areálu krásné velké bazény,dětský teplý s atrakcemi. Pláž soukromá s barem a možností obědvat. Bar u bazénu samozřejmostí,obědy jsou primarne ve středu areálu,takže není nutné se vracet až do hotelu. Co se jídla týče,prakticky nemáme co vytknout,je ho hodně,stále doplněné výběr ovoce,salátů,sýrů. Masa občas studené ale na výběr dost. Mořské plody,ryby hovězí vepřové a kuřecí. Celkově nemáme nějak co vytknout. Snad jen to,že když je větrno,občas poletují po areálu kelímky nebo ubrousky. Personál se samozřejmě snaží všude uklízet,ale není to lehké při tom počtu lidí zde. Určitě se sem rádi vrátíme,pokud se podaří opět za pěkné peníze v ultra Last minute.

Velký hotel vhodný pro rodiny s dětmi, po pobytu minulý týden doporučuji a rozhodně za ty peníze to stojí!! - jídlo neodolatelné, obrovská nabídka a špičková kvalita (ryby i ke snídani, večer krevety, sushi, minimálně 2 druhy ryb ke každému jídlu, spousta ovoce a zeleniny, ... mohla bych pokračovat dlouho :-D (jen možná úroveň odpolední svačinky je nižší, ale na svačinku dostačující) - bazény paráda - pool bar oblíbený i dětmi, ráno i přes den plavání ve velkém téměř nebo úplně sama, dětský hrad klidně na celý den, a když si děti spálili záda tak jsme se koupali ve vnitřním :-) - k moři to není jen přes uličku, ale ca 300m, ale za to je to soukromá a čistá pláž (na rozdíl od sousedních pláží pro větší množství hotelů) - pokoje super - čistota v pořádku, jen dle mého není nutno vyměňovat všechny ručníky každý den, když si spokojeně schnou na balkoně a nejsou na zemi. na pokoji je sprcháč a mýdlo, šampon; ostatní amenity (vatové tampony, nail set, atd mají jen členové prefered clubu) - z pokoje jsme to měli 500 kroků dolů (restarce/bazén), prostě velký hotel (ale aspoň nějaký pohyb :-D) ) - speciální restaurace - je potřeba udělat včas rezervaci (což jsme stihli bohužel pouze jednou) a mají otevřeno max 2x týdně (ale fakt nám to nevadilo) - drinky jsou trochu odlehčené (co se týče množství alkoholu), ale nejsou fronty takže nic nebrání tomu dojít si pro něj vícekrát a užívat si jej postupně - pro děti = každý den kids disco (20.30 - 21.00), animátoři se snaží i během dne - soutěže u bazénu (házení na teč atd), i aktivně nabízejí (opravdu nabízení, ale nenutí) prostě prý se těšíme až tam opět pojedeme :-) díky

A wonderful place for relaxation, entertainment and beach. Clean and well maintained. Responsive staff. We are most impressed by the animation team. Wonderful and talented young people.

Stayed at the Dreams hotel in sunny beach from the 25th Aug -5th Sept The hotel is big and Airy but very tired looking. The fabric furniture in the reception and the lobby bar are filthy. Rooms are nice and spacious and clean. Beds are made every day and linen changed every 3 days. Towels are changed every day, leave them on the floor in the shower if you hang them up they will not change them. Hot food in the main restaurant is not very warm and there is no flavour to anything which tells you they don't season anything. The soup was disgusting it was like something left over from a washing up bowl. The cold food and salads and the vegan food was excellent. The table staff in the main restaurant are mainly college graduates who have not got a clue. If you leave your table to go and fetch something they think you have finished and take every thing away. They are not watching what they are doing they spend to much time looking at there mobile phones and standing in groups talking. I blame the Restaurant manager for not keeping things under control. This supposed to be a five star platinum hotel where customer service is king. The bar staff in the lobby are very ignorant and lark about to much they seem to be having more fun than the guests. The nicest person behind the lobby bar is a girl called Olivia. The reception staff are very nice and very helpful. Tina from customer service is a lovely lady and will sort out any issues you have. We had a few issues in the room and they sorted it immediately. Out of the themed restaurants there are only 2 that are worth a visit and that's the Bulgarian one and the beach grill at night, the food was excellent. You have to book these restaurants in a morning at the main restaurant. The Asian restaurant the food was cold and no taste and we tried it twice. The Italin restaurant the food in there was the same as the main restaurant so there was no point in booking it. The pool areas are excellent and kept nice and clean. The top pool with the 2 jacuzzi's is the quietest pool. The bottom pool with the swim up bar gets very busy. So at peak times be prepared to wait a bit to get served at the pool par The long pool is very quiet. There is an abundance of sun loungers so theres no need to get up at stupid o,clock to nab a bed. The kids area with pools and water slides are excellent. The animation team are great and try hard to get everyone interactive with all the games. Bobby and Alex are great fun. The shows at night are mainly geared around young kids. The management team need to sort out these few issues, all it takes is delegation and control. This is the second time we have been to this hotel the only reason is beause we are a couple and could not get into it's sister hotel Secrets which is next door. All in all it's a nice hotel with a few niggles that can be easily corrected. The Travelman
