Hilton Plaza Hurghada

There was a drunk guest in the pool and unfortunately I felt very unsafe me and .y daughter the whole.crew on the pool did nothing and he kept spilling beer into thepool and they kept watching him.. whats worst is that the futy manager handled it jn a very unprofessional manner and she reassured me that people are free to drink... she was very rude and h professional imagine this comes from.the duty manager... what will the rest of the managment look like!!

Just home from Hilton Hurghada Hotel. Stayed 10 nights. Hotel is lovely, beautiful maintained gardens, nice room and kept clean. Unfortunately would not go back to this hotel. The staff do work hard but just not a 5 star hotel. Main restaurant is a disgrace, if you expect to be taken to a table and asked if you would like a drink forget it, not once was I asked at breakfast lunch or dinner. You have to go and queue for it yourself then if you would like another yip you will have to go and queue again. You will always find something to eat but very rarely will it be warm. Staff emptying plates and trolley bins going past you when you ate eating. If you go for a drink after dinner in the one small bar, yip you will have to join the queue for a drink. Pool bar only one serving and yes you will have to join the queues there as well. No glasses for water and when you do water is warm. This is my 5th time in Egypt and first time I have had this kinda service.

Local muito bonito, pessoal muito simpático e acolhedor. Actividades todos os dias ao pé da piscina e do mar. Quarto de Hôtel grande, limpo e confortável. Buffet com bastante variedade. Também há mais restaurantes que são top. Recomendo !
