Spokojenost. Klidný hotel s příjemným . Čistota v hotelu,úklid pokojů každý den. Pláž kousek od hotelu, napůl písek napůl skála.

Rude staff especially the girl who works nights on reception as she refuses to help with anything just shrugs her shoulders. Food mainly catered for French and German basically slop but there is a food bar outside that have pork chops and ribs but flies all over it not sure why they don’t cover food with food nets. Not much around here have to get a bus to places at least 25 minute ride to Cala millor which is closet place that has some kind of holiday vibe. No tea/coffee facilities in room so can’t have a morning or late night cuppa unfortunately. Entertainment is diabolical just some bloke playing music but one night there was a Spanish singer singing English songs very poorly in a Spanish accent holding a guitar that he wasn’t playing just kept moving fingers near it not even touching the guitar made us laugh it was that bad. Beer ok but served in a glass only suitable for a toddler have to go bar three times to get a pints worth. Don’t waste your money it’s terrible here can’t wait to go home.

DO NOT BOOK Handle come off bathroom door so can’t get into bathroom and have gone straight downstairs to get someone to help the rude girl behind desk says there’s nothing she can do. Apparently nobody here to fix door and won’t change our room. Said no rooms available but at one point said you are in a standard room so basically may have better rooms but I’m only standard so if you book standard then you’re treated like animals. Finally got a security guard Tony to get us in bathroom he was lovely but we have to keep door open while we use bathroom and air con doesn’t work if bathroom door is open. It’s not the next day and handle has still not been fixed. They keep telling us somebody is going to fix it but they’re obviously not sending anybody. Disgraceful🤬

Room service was good. The staff at the reception was kind. The lunches could have been better, mainly chicken meat was missing. The hotel is worth the price.
