Nestává se to často, ale tento hotel nás nadchl. Příplatek za vyšší patro a větší pokoj se rozhodně vyplatil. Pro 4členou rodinu dostatečně velké. Z 6 patra částečný výhled na moře. Pokoje uklizené každý den. Hotel se nachází na okraji města, takže večer jen hluk z místního programu. Silnou stránkou hotelu je perfektní stravování ve všech částech hotelu. Hotel nabízí několik bazénu a každý je trochu jiný, takže každý si najde ten svůj. Silnou stránkou je i obsluha, která se vždy usmívala a snažila se vyjít vstříc.

After visiting many Haytt hotels this has been by far my worst experience. Hotel.. Considering its recently been re furnished its extremely tatty in certain areas. The pictures online are definitely misleading! The Hotel is clean but has lots of areas of improvement. We upgraded to preferred club, the preferred club pool is not how it looks online, its nice don't get me wrong but it was tired and tatty. The bar tender was fantastic the first visit then seem to hold a grudge on my partner. He was very cheerful to guest who left him tips! Something we would have happily have done if he hadn't been hostile towards us. The preferred club isnt worth the upgrade at all. The bar staff will still put lower cost spirits in your drinks if you challenge them they become annoyed. You are made to feel unwelcome for requesting what you have paid for. Our room had a fantastic view. However the fridge did not work and the preferred club snacks and drinks were never replaced. We were made to feel like beggers for asking for them to be replenished. The hotel is very strangely set out ot consists of 3 hotels that have now been joined to make one. Lots of walking up and down round and round the flow didnt flow. The food was so inconsistent some days okay others inedible. Again the restutants are on different levels and essentially different hotels within the same complex. The staff were at best pleasant, very defensive at times. We gave bever complained at a hotel we have stayed at from this chain. This is the first. The aera while extremely run down surrounding the hotel is very accessible for other more picturesque spots. It was by no means a horrendous experience, but given the different levels and pools and restutants we felt we were here there and everywhere it just didnt feel like one hotel at all. The foot hall was so quiet and felt more like a walk way. We regret choosing this hotel and would not return.

It is a great hotel, the staff were fantastic and I think that’s why it stood out even more. Just a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach which is absolutely beautiful with white sand and clear warm water at this time of the year. We had girls get away and we found it entertaining, yet relaxing and the same time. The entertaining team were really funny and engaging as well. Overall great experience

Excellent service, excellent drinks, excellent food. Overall brilliant experience. Will 100 percent be coming back.
