Grupotel Playa Camp de Mar

Fantastic resort for adults only. Almost gets a 5 but for the smoking on balconies which prevented us from being on the balcony and having the door open much of the time. They should put plexiglass between the balconies so All can enjoy it. Otherwise location, food, entertainment and staff were very good

We visited this hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary on the recommendation of my parents who are frequent visitors. The view as you walk into the reception area is absolutely beautiful and check in was quick and precise, thank you Elena. We had a sea view room, a must! Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and the storage space is fabulous,I have never had as much storage space in a hotel room! The bathroom is bright with a walk in rain shower-wonderful! We both slept so well, entertainment finished by 10.30 so plenty of rest! Food choice’s and quality are great, all diets catered for and the restaurant is run with precision, credit to all the staff. Otunba, Carmen, Aurelia, Xisco to name a few and of course Christine, Customer Relations. All staff work so hard keeping the high standards of the hotel and a special mention to Javi, the lifeguard. What a guy! He is constantly looking around and on hand to help everyone, he is an absolute star. We can honestly say there is nothing we could fault. Thank you for making our first visit memorable. It definitely wont be our last. Jose, you and your team do a great job.

We had a cruise the spent 3 nights in Camp de Mar. It is a very relaxed location and unlike some other parts of Majorca is not full of bars. Small amount of restaurants but sufficient for a short stay. Hotel was of a high standard and the staff were very good. Views from the hotel are outstanding and water activities are readily accessible. Highly recommended.

This was our 4th visit to the hotel and the first since it changed from TUI Gold. Hotel was lovely and the upgrades were also very tasteful. Lovely room which was cleaned everyday, good air con, and also lovely balcony chairs which were very comfortable. Restaurant was good and big thanks to Karen and the two ladies at the very top end of the restaurant (not sure of their names, but lady who has been there many years with long dark hair and glasses and a new younger lady with light brown long hair). Also to the chap that gets you to sign the drinks bill! The location is just perfect - especially for us who enjoy swimming, snorkelling and basically just lazing around in the sun. Plenty of sun beds available for all guests. Only complaint is the lifts which were a bit temperamental and being on the 5th floor walking stairs was not always an option, and some of the sunbed mattresses have seen better days. Maybe worth investing in some new ones which are covered in wipeable material (as experienced in cyprus) as opposed to the foam/fabric ones? The 2nd time I have been there, it was even better the 2nd time, everyone was so helpful , the food / entertainment / pool area / and all the staff was brilliant, easy to get sunbeds and is in a great location, not many bars outside the hotel but that was not a problem for me and my wife.
