Playas de Paguera

Hotelové pokoje potřebují aktualizaci, jsou velmi malé a švábi jsou v místnosti. Nic, co visí bikiny nebo ručníky. Také rukojeť dveří byla zlomená a nemohla být pevná. Místnost nebyla příliš čistá a na ručníku byla rtěnka. Snídaně byla jednoduchá, ale nestojí za peníze. Vedle toho nebyla z hotelových pokojů výhled na pláž.

The hotel is in a great location being only a 2 minute walk away from the beach. Easy to get busses into palma and santa ponca. It is a cute little hotel with friendly staff. The only downside is it can be a little noisy on a nighttime due to the bar downstairs being open until 2am. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels. Breakfast was a bit rubbish and coffee machine was never on. No swimming pool but that was our own fault for not checking. We came in April so it wasn’t too much of an issue but the air con in the room did not work. Definetly worth the price that we paid. Would stay again for a short trip.

We paid to upgrade our room to include a coffee machine, water and fruit. None were there, went to reception and was told they do not offer that service anymore, but would put a coffee machine in our room. Coffee machine arrived, it had not been cleaned, the filter had coffee in it that was mouldy. We were given 2 bottles of water, open with paper cups. Housekeeping was awful, had a shower the first evening, used toiletries provided, they were never replaced! Arrived on Sunday sheets and towels were not changed until Friday. Furniture was never dusted, bathroom mirror not cleaned.
