Great hotel in a fantastic location, and the staff are an absolute credit – nothing was too much trouble and they really do have a “can-do” attitude that makes you feel welcome from the start. That said, the rooms are very underwhelming. Think more along the lines of a budget, 18–30s holiday stopover than a hotel that matches the rest of the experience. Basic, tired, and not what you’d expect given how well everything else is run. If you value warm service, a brilliant team, and a great location above all else, then this place delivers. But if you’re expecting rooms that live up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, you might want to pause and weigh it up.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel, located in a peaceful area in northern Majorca. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and both breakfast and dinner offered a wide selection of delicious food. We truly felt at home! Carolina and Carmen were especially professional and always willing to help, even sharing great tips on places to visit. Everyone did their best to make us feel welcome. The hotel’s décor and tranquil atmosphere were delightful, and its close proximity to San Pere Beach made it easy to enjoy the sea, just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. A place we would love to return to - thank you all for a wonderful stay!

We have travelled globally and I have to say this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was adequate and clean but what makes it stand out is the service, staff are so helpful, the food is lovely, the prices of drinks are more than reasonable. The pool is clean, always an available, comfortable sunbed and if you want peace and tranquility it's here. The clientelle were all very respectable too which can make ir break an experience. Alcudia is a 30 min walk so in September wasn't an issue but a cab is 8 euros. It is definitely a place where we will return!

I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the holiday. The food is absolutely wonderful, with a wide variety of options that are always fresh and delicious—the buffet is definitely worth having all meals included. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also great, just a short walk from the beach. Overall, an excellent experience and truly worth it!

Lovely room & swimming pool. Close to a beach and not far from the ports, making it convenient to attend exploring activities. Warmhearted reception!
