Went to the beach and Vincent took incredible care of us. He saw we were in need of a space and even though he was very busy he found us 2 sun loungers and took care of our every need. Thanks so much. Great experience and wonderful host at a very busy time.

Service was great, we booked 3 rooms connecting. Priyanshi with house services was extremely kind, diligent, and helpful. She was very respectful, a very hard worker, and it was a pleasure to have her! She even went out of her way to help my grandparents staying with us with their coffee machine. Thank you for contributing to our amazing experience.

This is truly a “wow wow” resort! It's unique, with a wide variety of facilities and attractions — wonderful pools (especially Cloud 22, which is simply unbelievable), an amazing private beach, several high-end restaurants, a magical spa, and more. Nothing like you’ve ever seen before! We stayed there for two nights. The service was good, and our room was very nice and spacious, with a balcony and an ocean view. Breakfast is absolutely unbelievable. You can’t imagine how many different food stations there are — it takes at least an hour (if not more) to get through it all. One evening we had dinner at the Persian restaurant, Ariana’s — great food and excellent service. The next evening we dined at Ling Ling — fantastic food and superb service. The only thing that bothered us was how crowded the hotel was. Many people come from outside just to see the attractions or dine at the restaurants, and in my opinion, this takes away from the experience for hotel guests.
